Alberta Street Pub

Open 4pm to 1amish Every Day

Re-established in 2013, the Alberta Street Pub is a complete remodel of the old neighborhood Public House. The kitchen serves up an inspired and locally sourced menu to compliment our craft cocktails and the 21 rotating draft beers. The Pub continues its tradition of friendly service with skilled bartenders, table service, a live music venue, and enormous heated patio. The venue side has been updated as well with a focus on acoustics and comfort. We offer one of the best listening environments in Portland with an intimate setting and a high quality sound system. Whether it’s bluegrass, jazz, folk, country, soul, or funk you’ll find something to love nearly every night of the week. Ask about our service industry discounts or discover our happy hour food and drink specials Monday through Friday from 4 to 6pm.

Streetnik • Mothertapes • Bibliothek • $3

Streetnik has been one man banding it around PDX for the past 2 years creating his own brand of dancy loops using big dirty bass, hand claps, vintage wet organ sounds, all while pounding away on his giant kick drum.  His sounds span from minimalist blues stomp to indie electronic.

Mothertapes

Mothertapes is a two-man progressive pop band from Portland, OR. With a small arsenal of instruments and gear, these two dudes create bowel shaking, beat heavy jams layered thick with guitars, synths, and vocals. Their live show will leave you pleasantly disoriented and alarmingly weak in the knees.

Bibliothek

Bibliothek is a three-piece experimental alt-pop project that combines indie rock with technology to create immersive, multi-instrumental sounds. The versatility of band members playing various instruments makes for an eclectic live set packed with guitars, effects, looping, synth and vocoder. It’s pop music…but it’s weird pop music.
