Re-established in 2013, the Alberta Street Pub is a complete remodel of the old neighborhood Public House. The kitchen serves up an inspired and locally sourced menu to complement our craft cocktails and the 21 rotating draft beers. The Pub continues its tradition of friendly service with skilled bartenders, table service, a live music venue, and enormous heated patio. The venue side has been updated as well with a focus on acoustics and comfort. We offer one of the best listening environments in Portland with an intimate setting and a high quality sound system. Whether it’s bluegrass, jazz, folk, country, soul, or funk you’ll find something to love nearly every night of the week. Ask about our service industry discounts or discover our happy hour food and drink specials Monday through Friday from 4 to 6pm.

Folded Forest

Folded Forest is an eclectic collaboration of alt-country, folk, and indie rock. Five part harmonies and heartbreaking pedal steel accompany a mix of soulful vocals.  Their debut EP Cheyenne came out in early 2015 with plans to release another EP in the summer.

Denim Wedding tips it's hat to Americana, dances with Uncle Art at the rehearsal dinner, kicks up the dirt in a polyester skirt, and vows to project and swerve. Two couples marry the masculine with the feminine, the tomboy with the gentleman, procuring melody with muscle, and music with spit. Sounds like red wine, tastes like metal, feels like the number 4.

Shoeshine Blue is Lo-Fi literary blues, electrified folk, pure country smooth, and the straight gospel truth.  Based in Portland, Shoeshine Blue is songwriter, Michael Apinyakul, and a rotating crew of Portland's finest musicians, including: Alison Wesley (Super XX Man), Shawn Mclain (Blind Pilot), Ezza Rose, John Vecchiarrelli, Wylum Joersz (Nick Jaina, Run On Sentence), and Mitch Willet.  The songs are built to wear many different clothes and with the rotating cast, no two shows are the same.
