Alberta Street Pub

Open at 4pm everyday and 1pm Saturday & Sunday

Re-established in 2013, the Alberta Street Pub is a complete remodel of the old neighborhood Public House. The kitchen serves up an inspired and locally sourced menu to complement our craft cocktails and the 21 rotating draft beers. The Pub continues its tradition of friendly service with skilled bartenders, table service, a live music venue, and enormous heated patio. The venue side has been updated as well with a focus on acoustics and comfort. We offer one of the best listening environments in Portland with an intimate setting and a high quality sound system. Whether it’s bluegrass, jazz, folk, country, soul, or funk you’ll find something to love nearly every night of the week. Ask about our service industry discounts or discover our happy hour food and drink specials Monday through Friday from 4 to 6pm.

Cripple Hop • FREE

Cripple Hop is a FusionGrass band out of Hood River, Oregon. Founded in 2008, Cripple Hop can't be put into solely the bluegrass genre. Members Max Reitz on acoustic guitar, John Hunter on electric and acoustic guitar, Andy Roof on bass, and Ryan Brevard on mandolin combine rock and roll, bluegrass, jam, and blues with uptempo beats, trancegrass, and harmonies to create what we call FusionGrass. Though we play plenty of covers, from the Rolling Stones to Jimi Hendrix to Prince, we have plenty of originals that combine our eclectic tastes in music and keep us with an ever interesting choice of set lists. And if you've been out to see us lately you've noticed we're rocking it out with Dom Degiovanni on drums and Jesse King joining us on banjo. So come out and see us and bring you're dancing shoes! Time to go Cripple Hopping!
