Whippoorwill was created by Musician and Missourian Sam McKinstry, who's roots run deep into the Mississippi River.  He has comfortably been playing his brand of original Blues and Roots music in Oregon for the past five years to inspire people to move when they are on the dance floor and sing when they are not.
