done on the effect of this drug on our brain and body.

Join us as we discuss the effects marijuana has on the brain. What does the drug do to the brain to produce the type of high people feel after smoking or eating marijuana? What are the long term effects of casual smoking and chronic smoking? What is the latest research show on these effects?

NeuroGeeks pub talks are casual academic events at Alberta Street Pub. Learn more about the brain while enjoying a pint of your favorite craft beer. Meet other brain enthusiasts. Ask your own questions to the speaker about how marijuana effects the brain. Have fun!
